Commercial Equity Solutions, LLC is the product of people from multiple companies collaborating to serve a market-driven problem. The main points of contact regarding commercial workout solutions are Jeremy Schoenfelder and Chuck Matheny. Collectively, they provide more than 40 years of real estate experience including: development, financing, partnership structuring, sales, leasing, and management.
Roger P. Simard, CFP is the
founding principal of Genesis Financial and Real Estate Services, LLC and
Genesis Financial Advisors, LLC. He heads the firm's corporate and personal
financial planning practice and oversees all operations. Mr. Simard concentrates
his work in the fields of financial planning, real estate investing, tax
planning, and portfolio management. Mr. Simard is a Certified Financial Planner
and has over 19 years of experience helping individuals and businesses achieve
financial success. Mr. Simard was a speaker for The Prudential Spirit of
Community Awards, a nationwide youth recognition program honoring secondary
school students for outstanding service. He is a frequent speaker and radio
guest on business and taxation issues and successful investment strategies and
has been quoted in the Personal Real Estate Investor
Magazine.
Jeremy Schoenfelder
is Founder and
President of Sienna Partners,
LLC , a consulting firm that
has served, among other industries, various real estate businesses including
finance, contracting and sales organizations. He served as portfolio
manager for two real estate investment funds where he was involved in the
creation of investment strategies, due diligence process and acquisition
process. Known for his ability to analyze projects both qualitatively and
quantitatively, he seeks to mitigate risks while providing a significant
probability for success. He has also served in business development roles
allowing him to gain a significant number of contacts within the real estate and
investment fields. Jeremy also serves on the Board of Directors of MITC, a
not for profit organization whose mission is to continuously integrate new
concepts and innovations into all aspects of education, community, government,
and business. The program objective is to analyze global innovations that
will become the basis of the 21st Century
economy. These trends will emerge from the combination of successful
commercialized innovations operating and interacting on a global basis.
Jeremy recently accepted an advisory board position with Greater China
Corporation, a US public company focused on seven industry sectors
including: Financial Services, Technology & Media, Healthcare,
Consumer, Real Estate, Education, and Natural
Resources-Manufacturing-Industry. He holds a BS in Mathematics from
Northern Arizona
University.
Chuck Matheny
is a thirty year
commercial real estate professional. He has a wealth of experience working
in the commercial real estate industry in many roles including; commercial
broker, landlord, developer, joint venture partner and tenant. Chuck is
the president of RevCorp Inc , a twenty year old
commercial property management and brokerage company in the Metro Phoenix
market. His background includes ten years with Cummings
Properties of Boston Massachusetts
one of the largest and most successful commercial real estate firms in New
England. There he worked as a senior asset manager and leasing
coordinator. While at Cummings he helped the firm grow from 2 million to 8
million square feet of holdings in commercial real estate. Matheny
has lived in the Phoenix area for the last ten years and has put together
several successful commercial joint ventures and acted as a commercial broker in
multiple transactions. He also owns three Sport
Clips Men's Hair salons
and brought this franchise to Arizona acting in the role of an area
developer. He has hands on experience working through commercial debt
restructuring situations and he understands the necessity of preparation in
obtaining desired outcomes. Matheny hold a BS in Finance from Arizona
State University.
Ted Schmidt, Director of Marketing
Ted
has been involved in lead generation since his very first job when he set
appointments for a "free estimate" for central air conditioning in So.
California 1975. After studying Finance, Real Estate and Law at Cal Poly Pomona,
Ted became a mortgage broker in the 1980's. When the Internet emerged, Ted set
up The Mortgage Leads Network
which was the first automated mortgage lead tracking and
distribution system in 1999 and was the first to market non-exclusive and Cherry Picked Leads. His company now has over 40,000 registered users and
over 1 million leads. Thousands of mortgage brokers relied on The Mortgage
Leads Network as their primary lead vendor through the mortgage boom and
bust. Over the last few years he has focused on residential loan modification
and short sale leads
. Today, Ted focuses on commercial loan modification lead
generation through his network of web sites and his proprietary lists of
consumers who have used his mortgage
finding service.
Larry Larsen, Director of Client Management Services
Mr.
Larsen is the founder of Contact Management Solutions, LLC and is a 30 year
veteran of contact relationship management systems implementation. Beginning in
1980 he served as promoter at WRG Productions, responsible for opening 50
telemarketing call centers promoting national fund raising campaigns at local
concert venues. Clients included Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), Vanished
Childrens Alliance, and the Shiners Childrens Hospitals. Mr. Larsen owned the
Associated Marketing Group, a design and development firm for the Link to
Success from 1990 - 2002. He assisted this consortium of 75 independently owned
telemarketing companies, representing 1.2 million monthly hours of call center
services, with design, development, and implementation. Additionally, while
Principal and Director of Business Development of Discovery Call Center
Solutions, his firm was responsible for pilot studies and benchmarking to
determine viability for call center outsourcing and management for corporate
America. During this time, he was owner of Outsource Telemanagement Corporation,
a call center management firm that worked as the holding company for the design
and development systems for call centers. From 2002 to 2006 he was the Principal
in charge of Business Development for The Mortgage Resource Center. His firm
managed the file processing of 63 independent mortgage brokerages nationwide.
Clients included Anchor Financial, Lending Tree, and Ameriquest. He served as
the Director of Contact Management at Sun Exchange Properties, a commercial real estate
investment firm from 2007 to 2009.
